Students at Bishop Stuart University have revitalized the Human Rights Club, aiming to promote justice, human dignity, and equal rights within the community. The initiative seeks to raise awareness among students about their rights and empower them to advocate for human rights across the community.
According to the club’s president, Ms Alleluyah Orishaba, the revitalized Bishop Stuart Human Rights Club is partnering with the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI) to equip students with essential knowledge, skills, and advocacy tools. This partnership is intended to help students not only understand their rights but also educate others in the community about human rights.
