FHRI is a membership organisation with an organisational structure that comprises the General Assembly, Trustees, Board of Directors, and the Secretariat.

The General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme policy-making organ of the Foundation.

Board of Trustees

The Trustees are the custodians of the FHRI Constitution and Property.
